Ever wonder what National CASA Association CEO Michael Piraino’s vision for the future of the CASA/GAL network is? Looking to hear from volunteers across the country about what keeps them motivated? In an effort to bring some of these voices to you, National CASA is announcing the roll-out of a weekly “podcast” series available for listening and download at CASAnet.org.

A podcast is a recorded conversation, dialogue or speech that is put on a website, allowing you to listen from the comfort of your own computer. You can also choose to download the audio files onto an iPod or other MP3 player and listen to the broadcasts on your ride home or at the gym.

Today, National CASA brings you the first in this weekly podcast series. It features Michael Piraino offering his observations of the work that CASA/GAL programs and volunteers do. Michael also offers his vision for the future of our work. Listen to our debut podcast now.
