Judy Morbeck is the Executive Director of the First Judicial District CASA Program.

Judy is a long time resident of the Coeur d’Alene area. In her career, she has spent 13 years as the Principal of St. John Vianney School, a non-profit school in Spokane; she has been an Adjunct Professor at U of I, LCSC and NIC. Judy began her career as a Special Education Teacher and most recently serves as a Kootenai County Planning and Zoning Commissioner charged with writing the Kootenai County Comprehensive Plan. Judy has her Doctorate in Special Education/Administration and brings a wealth of experience in business and education administration.
